Offering modern apartments with free WiFi and views of the Ligurian Sea and historic centre, Residence Le Terrazze is right on the beach in Alassio. It provides free bike rental and a free wellness centre.

Le Terrazze Residence is a historic building dating back to the 1700s. It is characterised by its many terraces overlooking the sea, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and socialising.

All air-conditioned apartments have satellite and pay-per-view TV channels and a fully equipped kitchenette. Some have a balcony. Changing tables, baths and high chairs are provided for children.

You can relax in the residence's sauna and Turkish and steam baths. There is also a gym and massages and beauty treatments available on request. Welcome kits are provided for children and guests travelling with pets. Children's entertainment is available at a sister hotel 350 metres away from 17:00 until 19:30 daily.

The residence is in Alassio's Budello area, famous for its shops, restaurants and cafés. A free shuttle bus is available to Albenga 10 minutes' drive away, from here you can catch buses to Nice and Genoa.
